Photo Services

UT Dallas Passport Services can take passport and visa photos. Photo services can also be provided for most U.S. immigration-related applications that require a U.S. Passport-sized photo, such as Optional Practical Training (OPT) and Permanent Residency status. Please note that foreign passport and visa photo requirements are country-specific.* Please arrive prepared with the specific requirements you need (size and style) which should be available on the country’s consulate or embassy website.

*We no longer provide Canadian passport photo services.

DO NOT wear white clothing for photos. 

Disclaimer: Although we do our best to take acceptable passport and visa photos, UTD Passport Services cannot guarantee acceptance by the outside processing agency. Suitability is subjective and determined by the individual processing the application. UTD Passport Services is not responsible for any processing delays. However, if you provide a rejection notice from the processing agency stating that a photo taken by our office was unacceptable, we will provide a replacement photo at no additional charge.

Fees

  • Photo for non-UTD member: $15
  • Photo for UTD faculty, staff and students: $7 (must show UTD Comet Card)
  • Digital photo: $7 (These will not be cropped to size requirements.)
  • Additional sheet of photo prints: $5 each

We accept Comet Cash, debit and credit cards.

*We can accept most major credit cards including, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We can also accept Apple Pay.
