We are here help you and your family apply for your passports. We can help with new applicants and renewals. You do not have to be affiliated with the University to be able to utilize our services. Scroll down to make an appointment or click on the following links to learn more about the types of services we offer and what documents you need to bring.

To schedule an appointment, please scroll down and select the appropriate service.
Our calendar displays available dates for up to four weeks at a time. New appointments open up every business day. If you encounter any issues or don’t see a time that works for you, give us a call at 972-883-4715 or email us at passport@utdallas.edu. For groups of 6 or more, please contact us to arrange the appropriate amount of time.
Adult applicants eligible to renew by mail or online needing a photo and assistance with their application are welcome to schedule a Photo Only Appointment below. We will gladly help you review your documents and discuss your options.
Visa/Passport/Immigration Photo Only
This is a 15-minute appointment to take visa, passport and immigration photos for up to three people. Adult applicants eligible to renew by mail or online needing a photo are welcome to schedule. Please do not wear white or camouflage for your photo. Head coverings and accessories are also not acceptable unless they are for religious or medical reasons.

Passport Application & Photo Appointment for (Individuals)
This is a 15-minute appointment for an individual applying for a passport. Passport photo services are included with this appointment if needed. Please do not wear white or camouflage for your photo. Head coverings and accessories are also not acceptable unless they are for religious or medical reasons.

Passport Application & Photo Appointment for (Family of 2-3 applicants)
This is a 30-minute appointment for two to three family members applying for passports. Passport photo services are included with this appointment if needed. Please do not wear white or camouflage for your photo. Head coverings and accessories are also not acceptable unless they are for religious or medical reasons.

This is an hour-long appointment for 4-6 family members applying for passports. Passport photo services are included with this appointment if needed.
