Hello Comets,
Midterm season is here! As you navigate the challenges of academic life, it’s important to recognize that mental health is just as crucial as physical health. If you experience signs of anxiety, depression, or high amounts of stress, we encourage you to reach out and seek the help and support you need. Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength, and taking the first step can lead to positive changes in your life.
